Job Summary

Supervising multiple teams of examiners, the full-time remote Claims Team Lead will manage liability claims for clients, provide training and technical direction, and ensure compliance with quality standards and audit requirements.

Key responsibilities
  • Supervises multiple teams of examiners and technical staff while delegating duties as needed
  • Identifies trends and issues, advising management on recommended actions and process improvements
  • Acts as a second level of appeal for client and claimant issues, ensuring proper documentation and coding of claims
Required qualifications
  • Six years of claims experience or equivalent combination of education and experience, including two years in a supervisory role
  • Thorough knowledge of claims management processes for multiple product lines
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
  • Licenses and professional certifications as applicable to the line of business preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong leadership/management skills
