Claims Team Lead

Job Summary

Overseeing daily workflow operations, the full-time remote Intake Claims Team Lead will manage task distribution, monitor performance metrics, and provide support and training to team members to ensure efficient claims processing and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Delegate and assign daily tasks to team members while monitoring task completion and adjusting workloads as necessary
• Monitor claim volumes and assist in developing workflow strategies to improve efficiency and reduce backlogs
• Serve as a point of contact for escalations, investigating issues and working toward timely resolutions

Required Qualifications

• Strong leadership, organizational, and time-management skills
• Experience handling escalations and providing operational support
• Ability to train, mentor, and support team members in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with claims management systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
