Job Summary
A company is looking for a Claims Team Lead to manage a team of claims examiners, interact with clients, and ensure high-quality claims operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of 12-15 claims examiners and adjusters
- Interact with client organizations to run a high-quality claims operation
- Implement daily operations governance process to meet targets and SLAs
Required Qualifications:
- 5-7+ years of claims operation experience, with 2+ years in a supervisory role
- 3 years of Medicare Advantage claims processing experience
- Healthcare knowledge including medical coding, transcription, and billing practices
- Experience in outsourcing operations or the service industry preferred
- High proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
