Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Team Lead to manage a team of claims examiners, interact with clients, and ensure high-quality claims operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of 12-15 claims examiners and adjusters
  • Interact with client organizations to run a high-quality claims operation
  • Implement daily operations governance process to meet targets and SLAs
Required Qualifications:
  • 5-7+ years of claims operation experience, with 2+ years in a supervisory role
  • 3 years of Medicare Advantage claims processing experience
  • Healthcare knowledge including medical coding, transcription, and billing practices
  • Experience in outsourcing operations or the service industry preferred
  • High proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
