Claims Team Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of up to 15 claims examiners and adjusters
• Collaborate with the client organization to run a high-quality claims operation
• Implement daily operations governance process to analyze, prioritize, and deliver targets

Required Qualifications:

• 1-3+ years of operation experience
• Background in administration and preferably some experience in healthcare
• Proficiency in using MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Understanding of claims data analysis and reporting
• Ability to build and motivate a large operations team
