Claims Team Lead - Liability

Job Summary

Supervising multiple teams of examiners and technical staff for liability claims, the full-time Claims Team Lead - Liability will provide training, monitor workloads, and ensure compliance with quality standards while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervises and manages multiple teams of examiners, providing technical direction and support
• Identifies trends and issues, advising management on process improvements and coordinating projects
• Conducts quality reviews on claims to ensure compliance with audit and service contract requirements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
• Six years of claims experience, including two years in a supervisory role
• Thorough knowledge of claims management processes for multiple product lines
• Licenses and professional certifications as applicable to the line of business preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong leadership/management skills
