Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily staff activities to achieve service and performance objectives
  • Ensure timely processing of claims and maintain workflow assignments
  • Supervise staff, including performance reviews and training of new claims representatives


Required Qualifications
  • Associates Degree or equivalent relevant work/education experience required
  • Preferred eighteen months of claims processing experience in an HMO or related industry
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
