Job Summary
A company is looking for a Claims Technical Lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for claims inquiries and mentor new hires
- Conduct manager reviews and audits of claims to ensure quality and provide coaching to case managers
- Monitor KPIs and adjust workload balancing for case managers while supporting management in team meetings
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in business, management, or a related field
- 4 or more years of job-related experience
- 2 years of STD/LTD case management experience
- Strong understanding of contracts, plans, and products
- Experience in managing complex cases and customer escalations
