A company is looking for a Claims Technical Lead.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the main point of contact for claims inquiries and mentor new hires
  • Conduct manager reviews and audits of claims to ensure quality and provide coaching to case managers
  • Monitor KPIs and adjust workload balancing for case managers while supporting management in team meetings
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in business, management, or a related field
  • 4 or more years of job-related experience
  • 2 years of STD/LTD case management experience
  • Strong understanding of contracts, plans, and products
  • Experience in managing complex cases and customer escalations
