A company is looking for a Claims Technical Lead (PLADS STD/Integrated Claims).

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for claims-specific questions for case managers
• Mentor new hires and support training for existing staff
• Monitor KPIs and manage workload balancing for case managers

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business, management, or a related field
• 4 or more years of job-related experience
• 2 years of STD/LOA case management experience
• Strong understanding of contracts, plans, and products
• Ability to influence and champion change
