Job Summary

To support a growing team, the remote Claims Technical Lead will act as a primary contact for claims inquiries, mentor new hires, and ensure case managers utilize effective risk management skills while monitoring service levels.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the main point of contact for claims-specific questions and mentor new hires
  • Conduct reviews and audits of claims to ensure quality and provide coaching to case managers
  • Monitor KPIs and workload balancing for case managers to meet service commitments
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in business, management, or a related field
  • 4 or more years of job-related experience
  • 2 years of STD/LTD case management experience
  • Strong understanding of contracts, plans, and products
  • Excellent critical thinking and decision-making skills
