Claims Technician - Recovery

Job Summary

Providing essential support to the commercial auto claims team, the full-time Claims Technician - Recovery will prepare correspondence, process payment requests, and assist with various claims-related tasks in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare forms and letters while following up on records requests
• Process payment requests and assist with billing issues, communicating with external parties to resolve outstanding invoices
• Assist with claim assignments, transfers, and various departmental projects as needed

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher
• At least 2 years of office or similar experience, with prior subrogation experience required
• Experience with Professional Liability and General Liability claims preferred
• Proficiency in MS Word, One Note, Outlook, and Excel
• Ability to thrive in a remote work environment
