Claims Technology Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claim Technology Director to manage and oversee all claim systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee claim systems, ensuring proper functionality and maintenance
• Oversee claim system access, control programs, and integrations with regulatory entities
• Provide direction and support to claims customer service leadership and claims systems analysts

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of six years of relevant commercial claims experience
• At least three years of experience in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of Claim Systems (ClaimCenter, ImageRight, Mitchell)
• Working knowledge of claims workflow, systems, and procedures
• Solid knowledge of insurance principles, rules, and regulations
