Claims Trainee

Job Summary

A company is looking for a MedPay/PIP Claims Trainee.

Key Responsibilities

• Handles basic investigation regarding most aspects of auto claims (coverage, liability, and damages)
• Identifies customer needs and works to meet those needs using appropriate customer service skills
• Applies a basic understanding of systems and technology used within the company

Required Qualifications

• 4 year Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
• 0-2 years experience (Preferred)
• Basic understanding of insurance policies and organizational relationships
• Ability to recognize and identify vehicle body parts and potential property damage
• An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of formal education requirements
