Claims Trainee

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Trainee to build a foundation in health insurance claims.

Key Responsibilities

• Route claim issues to appropriate support areas and follow up for completion
• Input, review, and validate claims data for reliability and effectiveness
• Assist in routine claim analysis and deliver administrative support throughout claim handling processes

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Must be able to pass required testing
• Willingness to learn and commit to delivering consistent service
• Comfortable working with technology and learning new software tools
