Claims Trainee

Job Summary

A company is looking for a HBS Claims Trainee who will be responsible for the accurate adjudication of insurance claims while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Adjudicate general and specialty claims using proper plan documentation
• Log and complete paper claim processes within required timeframes
• Provide backup support for claims processors and participate in departmental meetings and trainings

Required Qualifications

• One year of claims processing, claims logging, or customer service experience
• Health plan customer service experience or claims processing experience preferred
• Ability to work well under pressure and be self-motivated
• Demonstrated analytical skills
