Key Responsibilities

• Route claim issues to appropriate support areas and follow up to ensure completion
• Input, review, and validate claims data for reliability and effectiveness
• Assist in routine claim analysis and deliver administrative support throughout the claims process

Required Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Must pass required testing
• Ability to work overtime as required
