Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Trainer to develop and manage learning interventions for employee performance projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop instructional materials and deliver training through various channels
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to influence change management and coordinate project rollouts
  • Lead the design and delivery of learning products, including needs analysis and evaluation follow-up
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of training experience in healthcare or insurance industry
  • 2+ years of experience leading and managing projects
  • 1+ year of formal training experience in content design and development
  • Demonstrated understanding of instructional design and adult learning concepts
  • Experience with a Learning Management System is required
