Job Summary

- Collaborate with Management to identify training needs and schedule training sessions
- Develop and implement training programs and curriculum for various departments
- Monitor new hires' progress and maintain accurate training records
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Preferred 4-year degree or equivalent experience
- Experience as a trainer in classroom and remote environments
- Experience in managing workers' compensation claims, preferably in New York or New England
- Experience with Learning Management Systems and creating training materials
- Knowledge of various teaching methods and ability to identify skill gaps
