Job Summary

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

  • Experience as a trainer in classroom and remote environments
  • Experience in managing workers' compensation claims, preferably in New York or New England
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems and creating training materials
  • Knowledge of various teaching methods and ability to identify skill gaps
