Claims Variance Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Variance Associate 3.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a lead expert in data analysis, reporting, and formulating recommendations
• Provide guidance and support to variance associates and assist management with Managed Care underpayment variance reports
• Organize and prepare projects related to Managed Care Insurance Carriers and Insurance Law Suits

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma, certification, GED, or equivalent experience
• Prior experience in Hospital Collection Reimbursement
• Ability to train personnel
• Extensive knowledge of claims adjudication and hospital payment methodologies
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
