Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with vendors and internal claims teams
  • Monitor vendor performance against SLAs and manage the billing process
  • Generate reports on vendor performance metrics and address performance issues
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of property claims experience
  • Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools
  • Experience in a vendor or related role within the insurance industry is highly preferred
  • Ability to adapt to changing vendor needs
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment is a plus
