Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong working relationships with vendors and internal claims teams
Monitor vendor performance against SLAs and manage the billing process

Required Qualifications

2+ years of property claims experience
Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools
Experience in a vendor or related role within the insurance industry is highly preferred
