Job Summary
A company is looking for a Clarity PPM Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support to Clarity PPM users
- Administer and configure Clarity system functionality, workflows, and custom reports
- Develop and maintain executive-level Power BI dashboards and reports
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
- 4+ years of hands-on experience managing and supporting Clarity PPM
- Experience in user training, release management, and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with project management methodologies aligned with PMI standards
- Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and analysis
