Classroom Support Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Classroom Support Associate to assist with in-class support for teacher interns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure each intern has an assigned qualified mentor
• Assist mentors and Field Supervisors with questions and onboarding processes
• Monitor and approve Field Supervisors' timecards and ensure compliance with state regulations

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from a leading university or equivalent experience in an educational or administrative role
• 1-2 years of experience providing excellent customer service
