Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Clearance Specialist will manage accurate data entry of patient information and ensure efficient handling of inbound documents in a centralized call center environment.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately enter patient demographic and insurance information
• Ensure efficient handling of all inbound documents
• Monitor and manage assigned daily worklists

Required qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent
• Previous medical office experience required
• Bilingual skills are a plus
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
