Clearance Team Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clearance Team Lead to support their Specialty Infusion Pharmacy remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to the Patient Access team on referral processing and therapy guidelines
• Oversee and assign the clearance team's workload, monitoring productivity and quality expectations
• Handle escalations and complex issues related to benefits and authorization while delivering exceptional customer service

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years of home infusion specialty pharmacy and/or medical intake/reimbursement experience preferred
• Working knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care reimbursement guidelines
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
• Basic level skill in Microsoft Excel and Word; knowledge of CPR+ preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required
