Cleared Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Cleared Business Systems Analyst will interpret business and mission requirements, translate them into actionable developer-ready specifications, and provide continuous functional support to the development team to ensure timely and accurate delivery aligned with mission needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret and translate business and mission requirements into clear, validated functional requirements
• Decompose high-level needs into actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, and detailed functional specifications
• Provide ongoing functional support to the development team throughout each sprint, resolving requirements questions in real time

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 additional years of equivalent combination of education and experience
• 2-4 years of professional business analysis or systems-analysis experience supporting software or IT delivery
• Demonstrated ability to elicit, analyze, and document functional and business requirements
• Experience translating high-level needs into user stories and functional specifications
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements deliverables to meet deadlines
