Cleared ServiceNow Business Analyst

Job Summary

To support the successful implementation and adoption of ServiceNow applications, the remote Cleared ServiceNow Business Analyst will gather requirements, define processes, and collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Support workshops and process mapping sessions to capture workflows and document functional requirements for ServiceNow implementations
• Translate business needs into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria, and partner with developers to configure workflows and automation
• Participate in Agile sprint planning and user acceptance testing, ensuring delivered solutions meet defined requirements and quality standards

Required qualifications

• Active DoD Secret Clearance
• Alignment with DoD 8570/8140 baseline requirements (CompTIA Security+ CE or equivalent)
• 3-5 years of business analysis experience, with at least 1 year focused on ServiceNow implementations
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
• Demonstrated experience in requirements gathering and user story creation in an Agile environment
