Cleared ServiceNow ITSM Consultant

Job Summary

Seeking a cleared ServiceNow ITSM Technical Consultant, this full-time remote position will design, configure, and develop IT Service Management solutions to enhance incident, request, and change management processes on the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise on ServiceNow ITSM functionality and best practices
• Design and implement core ITSM capabilities including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge management
• Develop and maintain integrations with enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, APIs, and IntegrationHub

Required Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret Clearance
• Alignment with DoD 8570/8140 baseline requirements (CompTIA Security+ CE or equivalent)
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
• 2+ years of ServiceNow development or technical consulting experience
• Proven experience delivering at least one full-cycle ServiceNow ITSM implementation
