A company is looking for a Cleo Guide-Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for members, providing support through various communication channels
• Guide members through complex processes and collaborate on personalized family support plans
• Maintain accurate records of member interactions and contribute to continuous improvement of support processes

Required Qualifications:

• Fluency in English and Mandarin, with preference for candidates residing in Singapore
• Experience supporting parents, caregivers, or families, with preference for relevant certifications
• Ability to creatively problem-solve and make decisions autonomously
• Eagerness to work collaboratively in a remote environment using various technologies
• Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
