Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for members, providing high-quality assistance and support
• Guide members through complex processes and collaborate on personalized family support plans
• Maintain accurate documentation of member interactions and contribute to continuous improvement of support processes

Required Qualifications:

• Fluency in English and Korean, with a preference for candidates residing in South Korea
• Experience supporting parents, caregivers, or families, with a strong preference for relevant certifications
• Ability to problem-solve creatively and work autonomously
• Proficiency in navigating technology in a remote environment
• Adaptability to a fast-paced startup environment
