Job Summary

A company is looking for a Guide-Specialist to provide exceptional member experiences and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for members, providing high-quality assistance and support through various communication channels
• Guide members through complex processes and collaborate on personalized family support plans
• Maintain accurate documentation of member interactions and contribute to continuous improvement of support processes

Required Qualifications:

• Fluency in English and Cantonese, with a preference for residents in Taiwan
• Experience in supporting parents, caregivers, or families, with a preference for relevant certifications
• Ability to creatively problem-solve and make decisions autonomously
• Eagerness to work collaboratively in a remote environment and navigate various technologies
• Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
