Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cleo Guide-Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for members, providing high-quality support and assistance
• Guide members through complex processes and collaborate on personalized family support plans
• Maintain accurate documentation of member interactions and contribute to continuous improvement of support processes

Required Qualifications:

• Fluency in English and Thai, with a preference for residents of Thailand
• Experience supporting parents, caregivers, or families, with a preference for relevant certifications
• Ability to problem-solve creatively and work autonomously
• Proficiency in technology tools such as Google Suite, Front, and Slack
• A willingness to learn and grow in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
