Cleo Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cleo Specialist (LATAM).

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide general member support through various communication channels and collaborate on personalized family support plans
• Facilitate educational classes and workshops, providing both one-on-one and group support
• Develop content and resources, maintain documentation of member interactions, and contribute to continuous improvement of support processes

Required Qualifications:

• Fluency in English and Spanish, with a preference for candidates residing in Mexico or other Latin American countries
• Experience supporting caregivers of aging individuals, with a preference for those with relevant certifications
• Ability to think critically and make autonomous decisions
• Proficiency in technology tools such as Google Suite, Front, and Slack
• Willingness to engage in continuous learning and professional development
