Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clerical Quality Assurance Coordinator to manage client report tasks and ensure compliance with quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and coordinate client submissions, ensuring all necessary data is inputted into the system
  • Review completed reports for accuracy and completeness, including formatting and grammar
  • Maintain communication with the Clinical QA Department regarding workflow and report status
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; one year of clerical experience preferred
  • Experience in a medical office or insurance industry is preferred
  • Knowledge of general computer operations and multiple software programs, including Microsoft Office
  • Understanding of HIPAA regulations and compliance
  • Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute
