Job Summary
Supporting the contact center in a full-time remote capacity, the Clerical Support Coordinator will manage high-volume inquiries, maintain detailed records, and ensure smooth workflow across departments while delivering excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound member and provider communications, documenting interactions in accordance with quality standards
- Enter, update, and verify information across CRM and benefits administration systems while maintaining accurate call logs
- Resolve inquiries related to benefits, claims, and eligibility, serving as a liaison between the contact center and internal teams
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent work experience required
- 2+ years of experience in a call center within a TPA, health insurer, or employee benefits environment
- Familiarity with group health plans, eligibility, benefits, and claims processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Experience in multitasking and managing workload efficiently in a high-volume environment
