CLI Team Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a CLI Team Lead to guide the technical direction and execution of the CLI and local development workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the CLI/Local Experience team, including coaching and performance management
• Drive technical strategy and contribute to implementation in TypeScript
• Monitor customer feedback and improve local development experiences

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with command-line developer tools
• Strong professional experience in TypeScript and shipping production-grade CLI tooling
• Prior experience in leading engineers and managing performance in a distributed environment
• Deep understanding of cross-platform concerns and intuitive CLI design
• Experience with testing strategies for CLIs and knowledge of containerized workflows
