Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Client Account Coordinator will manage accounts receivable functions, including researching billing inquiries and contacting customers for payment, while serving as the primary point of contact for billing questions from sales teams and clients.

Key responsibilities
  • Research and contact customers regarding accounts receivable balances to obtain payments and negotiate payment plans
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to escalated billing and accounts receivable issues from local offices and customers
  • Complete detailed account reconciliations and ensure compliance with accounting policies while managing account maintenance in PeopleSoft AR
Required qualifications
  • Must currently reside in the Greater St. Louis, MO Metropolitan area
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, billing, or accounts receivable
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
  • Preferred knowledge of accounting software such as Quickbooks or PeopleSoft Financials
  • Some college coursework in Accounting or Business is preferred
