Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Client Account Coordinator will manage accounts receivable functions, including researching billing inquiries and contacting customers for payment collection while serving as the primary point of contact for billing questions.
Key responsibilities
- Research and contact customers regarding accounts receivable balances to obtain payments and negotiate plans
- Provide timely and accurate responses to escalated billing and accounts receivable issues from local offices and customers
- Perform detailed account reconciliations and maintain compliance with accounting policies in PeopleSoft AR
Required qualifications
- Must currently reside in the Kansas City, KS/MO area
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, billing, or accounts receivable
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
- Preferred knowledge of accounting software such as Quickbooks or PeopleSoft Financials
- Some college coursework in Accounting or Business is preferred
