Job Summary
As the primary commercial owner for the Microsoft client account, the full-time Client Account Director will drive net-new revenue growth and strategic expansion by identifying and converting untapped opportunities within Microsoft's AI and machine learning teams, while working remotely or from one of the major US office locations.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively map Microsoft's organization to identify new business units and buyer targets for AI initiatives
- Serve as the single-threaded commercial owner responsible for account retention and expansion across Microsoft's AI and ML business units
- Develop custom solution concepts and prototype projects tailored to the specific data challenges of new target buyers
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of enterprise sales or strategic account management experience, particularly in technology companies
- Experience selling to or within Microsoft, with familiarity of its organizational structure and buying processes
- 3+ years of experience in Data Collection, Annotation, or Validation services related to AI/ML
- Proven ability to develop and pitch custom solutions that resonate with early-stage buyers
- Exceptional executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to engage at the Director and VP level
