Job Summary
Serving as the primary commercial and strategic owner of the Amazon partnership, the full-time Client Account Director will deepen, expand, and protect TELUS Digital's footprint within Amazon's AI, Alexa, AWS, and machine learning organizations while operating remotely or from major US office locations.
Key responsibilities
- Lead client success initiatives for Amazon, focusing on retention, expansion, and new workstream growth across AI and ML business units
- Develop deep expertise in TELUS Digital's data capabilities and guide Amazon stakeholders in designing scalable data programs
- Maintain pipeline hygiene and forecast accuracy while managing renewals and new statement-of-work negotiations across multiple Amazon stakeholders
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of enterprise account management or strategic sales experience, preferably with Amazon or large-scale tech companies
- 2+ years of experience in data collection, annotation, or validation services related to AI/ML
- Strong understanding of data workflows and quality frameworks across various data modalities
- Proficiency with Salesforce and enterprise account management methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage at the Director and VP level within large organizations
