Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Account Executive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive account growth through strategic expansion initiatives and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, building trusted advisor relationships and conducting regular account reviews
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high client satisfaction and effective solution delivery
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience
  • 1-3 years of B2B inside sales, business development, or account management experience, preferably in IT services or cybersecurity
  • Prior experience selling or supporting technology solutions in a consultative environment
  • Strong understanding of MSP service models and subscription-based services
  • Experience working remotely in a quota-carrying role
