Job Summary

Driving revenue growth, the full-time remote Client Account Executive will manage a portfolio of enterprise and mid-market clients, focusing on customer retention, expansion opportunities, and strategic business reviews to ensure measurable value from TEM, Mobile, and SaaS Expense Management solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own renewals and lead commercial strategy to drive retention across assigned accounts
  • Develop customized Success Plans and conduct regular Strategic Business Reviews
  • Cultivate executive-level relationships and build customer advocacy for case studies and advisory councils
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred
  • 3-7+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Growth roles in B2B SaaS or IT management
  • Industry experience in Telecom Expense Management, Mobility, or related enterprise disciplines
  • Strong understanding of enterprise environments and telecom lifecycle management
  • Demonstrated ability to drive renewals and grow existing accounts
