Job Summary
A company is looking for an AVP of Client Account Management responsible for overseeing client relationships and driving long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and improve Net Retention Rate (NRR) and Gross Retention Rate (GRR) metrics while developing proactive systems to identify at-risk accounts
- Oversee the Account Management team, ensuring a strategic partnership model and optimizing client lifecycle value
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align client goals with execution and advocate for resource allocation based on client needs
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in client retention and health management within an agency or professional services environment
- Expertise in transforming client relationships into strategic partnerships to enhance Lifetime Value (LTV)
- Ability to serve as a trusted advisor to executive-level client stakeholders
- Experience in defining and managing performance metrics that drive proactive account management
- Demonstrated capability in leading and mentoring high-performing Account Management teams
