Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Client Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Dynamics & Cloud Solutions client relationships and business
• Provide timely follow-up to customer inquiries and manage license renewals
• Track account activity in the CRM system and meet revenue goals through account growth strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of sales experience in a business-to-business environment
• Background in sales, marketing, consulting, and/or account management
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and targets
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
