Client Account Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Account Manager to maintain and grow business relationships with corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with key clients across industries and create value through regular touchpoints
• Achieve annual recurring revenue (ARR) goals by maintaining high renewal rates and exceeding upsell targets
• Provide reporting and insights to ensure clients see the value and success of the program

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software and/or SaaS sales to large enterprises
• BA/BS or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proven track record of success in exceeding sales goals
• Ability to travel within the United States
• Experience with information security and online privacy is a plus
