Job Summary
Client Account Manager, a full-time remote position responsible for processing client payrolls, managing benefits administration, and responding to client inquiries regarding payroll and benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Process client payrolls and maintain client folders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Respond to client inquiries regarding payroll and benefits, escalating issues as needed
- Coordinate benefits plans, including enrollments and compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience
- At least five years of experience in payroll processing
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now is highly preferred
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity in all tasks
