Job Summary

Client Account Manager, a full-time remote position responsible for processing client payrolls, managing benefits administration, and responding to client inquiries regarding payroll and benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process client payrolls and maintain client folders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Respond to client inquiries regarding payroll and benefits, escalating issues as needed
  • Coordinate benefits plans, including enrollments and compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience
  • At least five years of experience in payroll processing
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now is highly preferred
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity in all tasks
