Job Summary
Client Account Manager, a full-time position responsible for supporting Relationship Managers to enhance client retention, satisfaction, and engagement through day-to-day interactions and collaboration on Enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day inquiries and ensure high-quality client support through the Online Support Portal
- Maintain and update Client Relationship Management (CRM) tools for assigned clients, capturing detailed processes and configurations
- Collaborate with Relationship Managers on client lifecycle activities, including implementation and renewals, ensuring seamless service delivery
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-3 years' experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role
- Experience in pre-tax, COBRA, Ben Admin, Wellness, Tuition Reimbursement, or related benefits
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and maintaining accurate client records
- Ability to analyze client needs and develop innovative solutions
