Job Summary

Supporting the growth of the Client Services Team, the full-time Client Account Manager will manage client relationships, conduct market research, and utilize sales tools to convert leads while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Research potential clients and market opportunities
• Build and maintain positive business relationships with existing and prospective customers
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to create quality presentations and promote services
