Client Account Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Account Representative who is solution-oriented and organized, serving as a primary point of contact for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure client retention and loyalty by providing excellent client service through proactive contact and prompt responses
• Oversee the accurate maintenance of client records and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and correct handling of reporting, transactions, and data processing

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field, or equivalent 5+ years' experience
• 1-2 years' experience in financial services, philanthropic industry, or trust administration preferred
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize work effectively
