Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Account Representative who is solution-oriented and organized, serving as a primary point of contact for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure client retention and loyalty by providing excellent client service through proactive contact and prompt responses
- Oversee the accurate maintenance of client records and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and correct handling of reporting, transactions, and data processing
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field, or equivalent 5+ years' experience
