Client Account Representative

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Client Account Representative will serve as the primary contact for client inquiries, process financial transactions, and support the administration of client accounts within a philanthropic fintech company.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries via phone and email
• Process financial transactions accurately while maintaining client records
• Support administration of client accounts, including donor advised funds and trusts

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in Financial Services, Banking, or Client Services
• Experience processing financial transactions preferred
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
