Job Summary
Detail-oriented and customer-service-minded, the full-time Client Account Services Coordinator will support collections and account services by maintaining accurate records, preparing client communications, and collaborating with legal and administrative teams in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records within the collections database, documenting accounts receivable delinquencies and collection activities
- Prepare and distribute aging reports and collection correspondence for clients with outstanding balances
- Assist in managing Accounting ServiceNow tickets and support firmwide collection campaigns through planning and coordination
Required qualifications
- Previous experience in accounts receivable, billing, collections, or client accounting support, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records and analyze information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word; experience with Elite 3E or ServiceNow is preferred
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
