Client Account Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Account Specialist (Unapplied Funds) to manage unapplied funds and support billing and collections processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the unapplied funds review process to reduce unapplied funds
• Generate daily communications regarding newly deposited unapplied funds and follow up with legal staff
• Utilize billing and collections software to assist with research and reporting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 2+ years of experience in a law firm as an A/R or billing professional
• 2+ years of experience with A/R success in facilitating invoice payments
• Intermediate or advanced knowledge of Excel and billing software, preferably Aderant and ARCs
• Knowledge of eBilling platforms and major insurance carrier guidelines
